Head Chef
Lead our culinary team in creating authentic giordanos-style deep-dish pizzas and Italian dishes. As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, food cost management, and training junior cooks. We're looking for someone with a true passion for Italian cuisine and proven leadership in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Line Cook
Join our kitchen brigade and help craft the signature pizzas and Italian plates that keep our guests coming back. Line Cooks at Giordanos are trained in our authentic recipes and are expected to maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but we're willing to train motivated candidates.
Server / Waiter
Be the face of Giordanos and deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. Servers are responsible for taking orders, making menu recommendations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a love for food are must-haves.
Shift Manager
Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service, team efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Shift Managers at Giordanos lead by example, handle escalated guest concerns, coordinate with kitchen leadership, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Delivery Driver
Represent Giordanos on the road by delivering our famous giordanos pizza and Italian dishes to guests across Las Vegas. Drivers must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Flexible hours and mileage reimbursement provided.
