1998

The First Kitchen Opens

Marco Giordano opens a 30-seat trattoria on the outskirts of Las Vegas, serving handmade pasta and classic Neapolitan pizza to a devoted local crowd. Word spreads fast.

2003

Giordanos Pizza Wins Best in Nevada

Our signature deep-dish giordanos pizza earns the Nevada Culinary Award for Best Italian Dish, putting Giordano's firmly on the food map and drawing visitors from across the state.

2008

New Location on the Strip

Giordano's moves to its iconic location at 3619 Las Vegas Blvd S, expanding capacity to 180 seats and introducing a full Italian wine cellar and private dining room.
